Molecular and physical gastronomy = science of nature, like chemistry, physics, astronomy, biology...

Molecular cooking : the technique of cooking using hardware imported from laboratories (siphons, low temperatures, liquid nitrogen, etc.)

Molecular Cuisine : a culinary style based on molecular cooking

Synthetic cooking : the technique of making dishes from compound

Note by note cuisine: the culinary style using synthetic cooking.
